Important Notes

Practical Information & Conditions

– Geneva Airport: special landing authorization required — limited daily slots.
→ Alternative chauffeur transfer available to nearby private heliports (15–20 min drive).
– Nice Airport: our ground agent welcomes you in the baggage area with a personalized sign.
– Monaco: valid original ID required for all passengers.
– Saint-Tropez: from May 1st to October 15th, 2025, landing quotas are heavily restricted in Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Gassin, and Cogolin due to noise regulations.
→ Most flights land at Grimaud or La Môle, also quota-controlled.
→ Landings on the peninsula allowed only 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–20:00.
– Operational priority: landing zones are assigned based on flight and safety logistics.

Arrival and departure flight details
Final destination (e.g., Courchevel 1850)
Credit card details (charged only on flight day)

Free cancellation up to 24h before flight.

100% charge for cancellations made within 24h.
No charge in case of bad weather.
